As part of the family cook off night, the queen of off-the-wall drink recipes introduced the Mosh Pit BBQ team to Beer Floats and Disaronno Shots. Both recipes include vanilla bean ice cream. The Beer Floats are spectacular! I had my doubts because it just didn't make sense to me. But wow, the Guiness was the perfect addition to the ice cream and it went down like a dessert. The Disaronno shots are just as good with a shot glass filled with 3/4 Disaronno, one melon ball scooper of vanilla bean ice cream and top it with a splash of Bailey's Irish Cream. Super Good!
